If you like Tavia Lark’s books you’ll like this series. I have read most of it, I think I have the last three books to finish reading before I can say that I read them all. I have enjoyed the storytelling and the action, the setting is lush and the characters are multifaceted and real, but their actions can lean towards childish sometimes. However, that might be expected when dealing with sheltered princes and assassins trained for one thing alone.
It’s also been a few months since I read the stories so I cannot remember enough details to properly review the series, but I enjoyed what I read so far.
